Flat-leaf or curly, the flavour & aroma of parsley from complex to the simpler garnish-serve, is grown here with care. Flat-leaf parsley is identified by its smooth and darker leaves resembling cilantro leaves while curly parsley is slightly bitter in taste. Italian parsley, however, is aromatic and flavourful. How versatile is parsley!
Wash & roughly chop the parsley. Add it to food processor along with toasted nuts, parsley cheese, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt & black pepper. Blend until smooth stopping 1-2 times to scrape down the sides with a spatula. Taste & adjust seasoning as needed. Store in the fridge for 5-7 days & enjoy!
